At the second edition of TEDxErasmusUniversity, which is organised this year by MBA students from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), dynamic speakers will share their experiences with change. The event will take place on campus in Rotterdam on Saturday 24 October. This year’s theme is “Turning dreams into reality”.

Inspiring speakers will present to a 100-member live audience of the RSM and Erasmus University communities. “We cannot change the lives of people in a day, but what we can do is to inspire the audience to bring about a change in their own lives and those around them. Our goal is to inspire this change!” says organiser Shashank Batra, a student in RSM’s International Full-time MBA programme.

Speakers at TEDxErasmusUniversity will be Marcus Fernhout, Ginie Servant, Wang Jia, Maria Besiou, Frankie Dubery, Claire Boonstra and Michel De Goede. “These are very stimulating people, not only believing in their dreams but also knowing that they will not rest till they have lived them to the fullest,” Batra adds.

TEDx is a series of independently organised events under the umbrella of the TED non-profit organisation devoted to ‘Ideas Worth Spreading’. The event is sold out.
