A paper authored by CESAM members was recently presented at the Academy of Management Conference 2015. The paper, which examines police organisations’ relationships with key stakeholders was written by eight members of the COMPOSITE project and is based on interview data from 9 European countries. It was presented in an engaging session on identity and identification in work contexts at the Academy of Management’s annual meeting. This year’s conference, which included more than 11000 participants, took place in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada. The paper also received the honour of being selected as a conference best paper, and was therefore published in the Academy of Management Proceedings.
