Job position

You will be responsible for assisting in implementing and optimizing all online and offline marketing efforts of RSM’s Executive Education department. Our aspiration is to continue to be a leading business school in Europe in offering corporate education. To help achieve this, we need a skilled and motivated self-starter who can help execute our marketing strategy to increase our brand image, reputation and visibility. You will assist the marketing manager and work closely together with your colleagues from the marketing and sales team.

Aim of the job

Daily tasks consist of executing marketing campaigns on online and offline channels by creating and co-ordinating content and marketing materials needed to reach our targets and marketing objectives. Specifically, this means:

  • Make and monitor project plans, define roles and responsibilities and follow up with responsible people.
  • Realizing marketing materials through co-ordination between (internal) clients and third parties, such as copywriters, agencies, studios, and printers.
  • Co-ordinating and creating online content, such as white papers, videos, info graphics, explanimations and photographs.
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting web traffic, lead volume and further relevant KPIs for all RSM Executive Education programmes, and implement optimisation actions where needed, using the online channels to contribute towards the growth of the open and customised programmes in the B2B market.
  • Optimise website and email marketing for lead generation, nurturing and registration to increase sales funnel conversion.
  • Assisting in ensuring that our house style is maintained in all of our communications and publications.
  • Co-ordination of events, such as open days and virtual information sessions.
  • Various other marketing tasks that are deemed necessary.

Education

Educational level at least comparable to higher education (for example, Dutch hbo-level).

Experience

  • Experience in an (operational) marketing position.
  • Excellent professional project management skills.
  • Knowledge of (digital) marketing subjects, content management, and web design.
  • Experience in the field of SEO, SEA, A/B testing, campaign- and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience within the educational market is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CMS (Typo3), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), email marketing (ClickDimensions) is a plus.

 Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and preferably Dutch
  • Strong detail orientation and sense of organisation.
  • The ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively under stress and strict deadlines with multiple projects running simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines while meeting high-quality standards.
  • Ability to develop and manage efficient project planning and execution.
  • Service-oriented, friendly team player, with a hands-on and proactive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different offices and other stakeholders connected to RSM, and take actions when needed tactfully.

Offer

The salary range for this specific position is between €2,500 and €3,200 (scale 12) based on a full-time employment contract. Ranking will be based on education and work experience.  RSM offers excellent secondary benefits, including a fully paid pension by RSM.
