Job Position

To assist the Registrar in implementing formal and quality assurance related procedures within the RSM Registrar’s Office and to offer services that are accurate, on time and consistent with RSM academic policies. The Registrar Officer reports directly to the Registrar and works closely together with Degree Programmes Office staff, students, alumni and faculty.

Aim of the Job

The Registrar Office covers two main areas of responsibility:

The Registrar Officer assists with the processing of examination grades and provides support to the Examination Board for RSM BV. In addition, he/she assists in the management of academic student information in various systems.

Secondly, the Registrar Officer assists students from overseas in obtaining all the legal documentation required to enter and study in the country, (visa, residence permit, etc.).


Bachelor Degree


  • At least three years of relevant working experience in a professional organization.
  • Experience with Examination Board support is preferable.
  • Experience with the Student Information System Osiris is preferable.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office especially spreadsheet/database programs.
  • Excellent all-round command of English and Dutch. Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.
  • Comfortable in communicating with people from a range of backgrounds, cultures and professional standing
  • Ability to take initiative and to work independently.


Accuracy, customer orientation, integrity, and ability to cope with stress.


The salary range for this specific position is € 2.800 - € 3.200 (scale 13) this is based on a fulltime employment. Ranking will be based on education and working experience. Furthermore, the RSM has excellent secondary benefits with amongst others a fully paid pension by the RSM.
