Our perfect match …

This could be a process improvement, system change or a new application. You like instructing and guiding a group, for example for a user training or an application demo.

Your work day …

You travel to campus by bike or public transport and take your laptop out of your bag. As a team member, you discuss the previous day, your goals for today and what everyone needs to be successful.

You prepared and organised a brown paper session this morning for the marketing department to get a good grip on the business value of some new functionalities of a request for a new application. Then you have lunch with the team.

In the afternoon, you document the results and send out an improvement plan to the manager on whose request you’d arranged the morning session. Afterwards you stop by a few scientific departments, as you noticed that they are not using some functionalities of a new application. You explore and initiate the appropriate improvement.

With a satisfied feeling, you go for a round of squash or some boxing at the Erasmus Sport Center at the end of the day, or for some drinks with your colleagues somewhere on campus.
