We are looking for a service-oriented individual who has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment to join our MBA programme department as MBA Programme Manager (fulltime).

Job position

The MBA Programme Manager works within the MBA programme department. They report to the Assistant Director and work alongside the other Programme Mangers as well as other degree programmes staff, students, faculty and various internal and external stakeholders.

The MBA Programme Manager is responsible for (parts of) the development, planning, administration, coordination and execution of various phases of the MBA programme. They ensure a seamless execution and high quality learning experience for the participants of the MBA programme in cooperation with the other Programme Managers. 

Aim of the job

The aim of the job of the MBA Programme Manager is to effectively communicate with students and faculty. They are the primary contact for the MBA student body. The MBA Programme Manager is responsible for the overall student experience which needs to be executed to a high quality standard. 


(min.) Bachelor degree


  • At least five years of relevant working experience in a professional organization
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Word, and preferably CRM
  • Experience with coordination of educational programmes
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Dutch or other secondary language is considered an asset
  • Flexible orientation, able and willing to work out normal business hours, occasional weekends (Friday evening/Saturday)
  • Travelling abroad once/twice per year is required
  • Ability to cope with stress
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally diverse, student, faculty and staff

The salary range for this specific position is € 3.400 - € 3.700 (scale 14) this is based on a fulltime employment. Ranking will be based on education and working experience. Furthermore, the RSM has excellent secondary benefits with amongst others a fully paid pension by the RSM.
