We are looking for a service-oriented individual who has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and join our Programme Office as Programme Coordinator.
As Programme Coordinator you are responsible to deliver a high quality overall learning experience for participants and/or students. To deliver this high quality standard you effectively manage the overall programme operations.
You plan, organize and execute the logistics, (academic) content and administration of a programme in a timely and efficient manner and you manage all relevant relationships. You are the primary contact for the student body and faculty, and make sure you communicate with students and faculty timely.
You will report to the Associate Director of the relevant programme(s) and work closely with programme managers, registrar’s office, other degree programmes staff, students, faculty and internal and external stakeholders. The programmes take place in the evenings and weekends (Saturdays), therefore flexibility regarding working days/time is essential.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Word, and preferably CRM.
- At least five years of relevant working experience in a professional organization
- Experience with coordination of educational programmes is an advantage.
- PMP or Project management certification is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Dutch or other secondary language is considered an asset
- Flexible orientation, able and willing to work out normal business hours – evenings and Saturdays
- Travel abroad once/twice per year required
- Ability to cope with stress
- Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally diverse, student, faculty and staff
- Availability and willingness to work fulltime (5 days a week)
Good communication skills, Customer orientation, Planning and organising, Working together/Team orientation, Quality awareness.
The salary range for this specific position is between € 3200,- and € 3800,- (scale 14) gross p.m (ex. holiday allowance) depending on education and work experience. In addition, you will have 25 holiday days and 12 ADV days per year based on fulltime employment, travel cost reimbursement and participation in our collective pension scheme.
