Student Assistant - Corporate & Alumni Relations (1 x 16 hours/week)
The Corporate and Alumni Relations department (CAR) at RSM is looking for 1 ambitious student-assistants who can join our team for minimum 2 days per week to start in early August with the opportunity to extend. We are looking for RSM students in their 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor phase, who intend to pursue their Master at RSM or MiM students scheduled to graduate in December 2023. We prefer you working during office hours, but there is also the possibility to work in the evenings and/or weekends.
Tasks
Most of your tasks will be of an administrative nature, as you will be working with various databases (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and Excel. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind some repetitive tasks and has a very accurate attention to detail. At the same time, we also expect you to be an outgoing and creative person, as the other side of the job includes event support, representation of our office at alumni events, social media strategy and content creation. Most of all, we expect you to be professional, after all, you will be interacting with alumni, over email and/or phone, but also in person during events. Next to that, you are very organised, you have an eye for detail and you have a very hands-on approach to work.
