We are looking for a professional service-oriented individual who has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment to join our Open & Customised Programmes team as Programme Manager, (fulltime).

Your role

You will plan, organize and execute the logistics and administration of a customised programme, as well as, manage all relevant relationships to deliver a high-quality learning experience for participants and/or students. You will report to the Associate Director of Open and Customised Programmes and work closely with other programme managers, client engagement team, programme development team, clients, participants, faculty and other internal and external stakeholders. 

Your core task is to coordinate, prepare and execute the content of a customised programme in a timely and efficient manner, based on the needs of the client. You are responsible for the overall participants' experience, which needs to be executed to a high-quality standard.

Your main tasks

Execution of programmes according to RSM quality standards and procedures

  • Closely work with Client Engagement Team from the initial design stage of a programme until an evaluation of a programme, work with faculty to coordinate programme preparations, plan/ manage course content, pre-course and post-course assignments
  • Being able to create engaging text communicated to participants relevant to their learning objectives
  • Being the face of the programme and representing RSM BV in front of the client and participants during programme delivery

Maintaining professional customer relations and service

  • The first point of contact for the participants, be available and answer any administrative, programme and course requests on time (consistent with RSM policies)
  • Manage the relationship with faculty by following instructions as mentioned in the lecturer manual including discussing course material, schedules and deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure running programme operations are ready and timely.

Accessible and up-to-date programme and participant administration

  • Have up to date and transparent administration which is easy to understand and access by all colleagues
  • Manage, update and control the various software systems needed to deliver the programme (Canvas, CRM, P2P and others)
  • Contribute to the improvement of office procedures and materials by openly sharing ideas and best practices with other programme managers, degree programmes staff, or relevant stakeholders.

Required qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience  
  • At least five years of relevant working experience in a professional organization
  • PMP or Project management certification is desirable
  • Background as a learning and development coordinator is an advantage

We are looking for candidates who 

  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably CRM
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English 
  • Are flexible and have the ability and willingness to work out of normal business hours
  • Demonstrate work with culturally diverse participants, faculty and staff
  • Have experience with project coordinating and advising to Client Engagement Team
  • To take initiative and can work independently
  • Have excellent organisational skills

We offer

The salary range for this specific position is between € 3200,- to € 3550,- gross per month (ex. vacation allowance) depending on education and work experience. In addition, you will have 25 holiday days and 12 ADV days per year based on fulltime employment, travel cost reimbursement and participation in our collective pension scheme.
