Introduction about RSM BV

RSM BV is located in a pleasant and relatively small office at Woudestein campus in Rotterdam. It’s a lively environment, with students, staff and different companies and restaurants. The office is easy to reach by public transport as well as by car.
Your role
As Sales Manager you execute and coordinate the sales activities for the Open programmes of Rotterdam School of Management BV. You will report to the Associate Director Sales and Admissions. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales colleagues in the MSA department and closely interact with other RSM colleagues and external parties. You should be able to present the whole RSM Open programmes portfolio.
Your main tasks
Your daily activities and responsibilities include:
- Generate leads and prospects for open programmes
- Generate profitable sales for the department by converting leads into registrations (for open programmes)
- Support the ranking preparation of the Open Programmes
Required qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following knowledge, expertise or skills.
- A Master degree or bachelor degree with relevant work experience, preferably in business
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and detailed understanding of the dynamics at work in the open programmes market
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Hand-on, flexible and adaptive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with people in different levels of organisations
- Flexible orientation and willingness to work out normal business hours
- Ability to work effectively with wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Knowledge of differenct CRM databases is beneficial
Preferably you also have
- Excellent advisory skills, being able to influence client in the decision making process
- The ability to collaborate with other on a common goal
- The ability to be very well informed regarding developments in the market and make effective use of this knowledge for the benefit of his own organisation.
