What are the most valuable skills that you took from your education at RSM?
It is important to have discipline and commitment to achieve my goals. RSM MBA gave me the tools to create a strong foundation and take a structured or step-by-step approach in my journey, and the diversity of the class gave me the opportunity to learn different cultures and work styles. I was guided to look at problems from multiple perspectives. This skill has a great impact on my current assignment where I engage with colleagues from various places. The Personal Leadership Development (PLD) helped a lot in identifying, defining and describing my key strengths and weaknesses to seniors and peers.

What was your most memorable moment at RSM?
The MBA Tournament (MBAT) in Paris and the Living Management Project (LMP) have given me some of the best moments with the RSM family. MBAT was a great platform for me and my colleagues to show positive aggression and team spirit outside the classroom! The three-day event was intense but exciting and a great place to meet MBA students from other business schools.  My team had ups and downs during the LMP, and it made me aware of the importance of personality dynamics. Understanding personality types has assisted my communication skills personally and professionally.

How would your former classmates describe you?
I call myself ‘the middleman’ as I’m interested in being an intermediary and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. My classmates would often see me as an open-minded, good communicator and a funny guy. I think they also like me for the fact that I maintain good relations with them and don’t hesitate to say ‘hi’ now and then.

How do you stay connected to the school and what do you gain from it?
Being an RSM alumni gives me a proud feeling at work and reminds me about the value of the RSM brand. Personally I like mentoring students and RSM is one of the best places to do so. I use my strong relations with the alumni team to receive the latest updates from RSM. Also I attend the MBA open day events to meet and share my experiences with future students and assist them in their decision making process.

What is your greatest passion in life?
My greatest passion is to meet new people, learn different cultures and perspectives. I believe in Karma and the law of give and take. This attitude helps me to stay humble always and never take things for granted. I like to bring new reforms to people around me, empower and inspire them to move forward always.

What is your ‘I WILL’?
"I WILL fight to move forward."
