What are the most valuable skills that you took from your education at RSM?
Coming from a Latin background and culture I had a rather ‘go with the flow’ mentality. Although I think it is important be ready to embrace whatever appears on your path, RSM's education style helped me to be more structured with my professional career planning a great deal, and consequently with prioritising my goals accordingly. Today I recognise that prioritising and structuring ideas and goals are quite important – if not essential – skills that an entrepreneur must have, given the hectic and fast-paced environment you have to deal with when starting a company.
What was your most memorable moment at RSM?
It is not easy to pin down one specific moment because there were several. I will never forget the afternoons with friends and colleagues at the Kralingse Bos with sun, a barbecue and beers – awesome!
How would your former classmates describe you?
Outgoing, fun, always in the mood for a conversation. They would probably describe me as ‘not the most dedicated student’ but an outgoing, passionate person always willing to think outside the box and do things differently.
How do you stay connected to the school and what do you gain from it?
Only until now I am trying to reconnect. I definitely want to network and get to know what everyone is up to. For sure we can find synergies and work together with some of the alumni.
What is your greatest passion in life?
I have many. Dancing is one of them. Creating companies with impact is another, and empowering artists with business knowledge is another one.
What is your ‘I WILL’?
I WILL empower independent artists and make them universally accessible
