What are the most valuable skills that you took from your education at RSM?
“I benefitted the most from learning to be much more efficient with my time. Time comes at a premium when balancing a demanding full time job with an executive MBA and a social life. I do remember that I became more fit-for-purpose with assignments and tasks, and I still use this skill on a daily basis.”
What was your most memorable moment at RSM?
“Working together with a diverse group of people and learning about their personal drivers and values, which were often quite different to those of somebody working in a large corporation – such as me and my entire professional career. The in-depth discussions with classmates who were CEOs of start-ups or leading a trade union provided me with a broader perspective on life.”
How would your former classmates describe you?
“I expect they would describe me as a hard-working, driven and reliable… and I believe they are right!”
Name three things that make you smile each day
“My bike ride before I go to the office, my first coffee in the morning, and seeing my family when I come home in the evening.”
What is your greatest passion in life?
“My passion is cycling. I´m currently based in Rio and the cycle ride on Saturday or Sunday mornings up to the statue of Christ the Redeemer is beautiful (although hard work), and a great way to release some stress.”
What is your ‘I WILL’?
“I WILL continue to help develop people around me.”
It is incredibly rewarding to assist others in reaching their potential and find satisfaction in what they do.
