Recruit our graduates

There are many ways to engage with our students and alumni community in finding the best new talents for your organisation. We are always open to having a personal conversation with you or your colleagues to explore in which ways RSM can best serve your recruitment needs. These are some examples of how we workclosely together with multinationals, non-profit organisations and/or start-ups.

RSM Job board

RSM's own job posting platform allows you to easily recruit and select students and alumni to bring your company to the next level. Students and alumni of our pre-experienced programmes (Bachelor and Master) and our graduate programmes (MBA) use the Job Board to search for vacancies.

On-campus career fairs, company presentations, in-house days or workshops

We welcome companies to present themselves to our students on campus. Depending on the level of the vacancies you can choose to present your company to our MSc students or our MBA students. We can also work together with you in organising in-house days or workshops on a specific topic if you wish to go more in-depth into getting to know our students. Of course, we can set-up (speed)interviews as well. 

Company visits

Companies can also host (groups of) students at their premises. Even if your company is based internationally RSM students can visit you. During international study tours, for example, our students travel all over the world to attend lectures and visit companies. In recent years students have travelled to Washington DC, Silicon Valley, Cape Town, Chengdu, Beijing, Hamburg, London, Lisbon, Sao Paulo and many other places, where they have met with local alumni and/or visited their companies.
