Masterclass on big data and analytics

One of RSM's core values is to facilitate continuous growth and learning opportunities for our alumni and help them enhance their network. Therefore, the RSM's Master in Management Programme Office and the Alumni Relations Office would love to invite you to this ground-breaking lecture.

Big Data analytics is a buzz word in the business world, but what does it really mean? On Thursday, 8 March, Prof. Jan van Dalen, will give you an overview on how analyzing huge amounts of data can uncover hidden patterns and correlations to solve any business challenge. Prof. van Dalen has coached several companies and collaborated in close to 100 publications in his academic career, uncovering new value in different industries and helping them remain competitive.

After a 30-minute plenary session, you will be able to participate in an engaging Q&A and then a small reception where you can connect with other alumni, and have a conversation that is industry-focused and yet academic. You will leave the room feeling more connected to the RSM community and having grasped a general understanding of data science in a great atmosphere among students and other amazing professionals.
