What is a Sandwich Year?
A Sandwich Year is an additional year between B2 and B3, enabling you to take various combinations of the minor, the internship and the exchange (and if required or desired complemented by other elective courses). So instead of having to choose, you can now do it all! Moreover, you can vary the length and weight of your internship or complete two internships. After successful completion the Sandwich Year will be part of the degree programme and will be mentioned on the grade transcript of your certificate. The Sandwich Year itself should comprise at least 60 EC, but you are required to set up a plan including the first trimester of B3. The combination of Sandwich Year (60 EC) and fall term of B3 (20 EC) should always be 80 EC in total.
What are the admission requirements?
For the Sandwich Year you should have completed 60 EC of B1 in August of your 1st year.
