Can I get a scholarship?

How can EEA students get financial aid, like Studiefinanciering?

Studiefinanciering is a Dutch study grant paid by the Dutch Ministry of Education through a governmental organization called DUO. It is a monthly loan for Dutch and other EEA students (passport holder) meant to finance living expenses, such as rent and other daily costs.

Getting Studiefinanciering through DUO can be a challenging undertaking. However, one of RSM’s IBA students established Study Financing Netherlands, which offers students a step-by-step approach when applying for financial aid in the Netherlands. For more information visit

More information on Studiefinanciering can be found in our Scholarship Finder
