I have not yet received my HBO propaedeutics (first year diploma)? Can I still apply?

If your secondary school diploma does not give direct admission to the university and you are in the first year of your HBO study, you must have already completed the first year and have obtained your HBO propaedeutics if you want to apply for the IBA programme. This means that if you are currently in the first year of your HBO study, and you will be done with the first year around the summer, you need to wait until the fall to apply for the programme. You will then be in your second year of your HBO study.
