External Learning Procurement Strategy
Learning and training offered by 3rd parties are essential elements to develop employee’s competences. The way how companies manages learning procurement has evolved greatly in the past few years. Shell is one of the companies leading the industry in terms of using managed service providers (MSP). NIIT Ltd is Shell’s external learning administration (ELA) partner. Services include procurement/contracting, vendor payment, learning admin, etc. The ELA model has provided much value in the past years.

To stay ahead of the game and continue to improve ELA model we will explore:

  1. ELA model upgrade
  2. Market intelligence
  3. The future ELA model

We appreciate the fresh view of future learning from the student intern.
The duration of the internship is 2.5 to 3 months full time starting Q1 2019. Part time can also be considered.
