  • Supporting standardization and continuous improvement activities that improve different practices within Group Performance Management
  • Supporting the deployment of digital performance management dashboard in different layers of the organization;
  • Executing and improving the communication plan for Global Performance Management (GPM) key processes, utilizing variable communication channels;
  • Analysis and insight generation on performance management related topics (e.g. Business planning and execution, Goal setting and cascading).

  • Studying towards your University Master in Sciences in: Business Administration, Business (International) Management, Strategic Management or Marketing Management
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in project management, performance management analytics, tools, reporting
  • Knowledge of application of MS Office tools, including SharePoint
  • Expert level English and knowledge of additional languages preferred
  • Creativity and business sense, ability to ‘think outside the box’
  • Easy communicator and good sense of humor
