By embracing diversity through the Women in Business programme, we improve our economic and social sustainability and demonstrate our commitment to employee development and engagement.
The Women in Business programme was a resounding success with three sessions held in 2015 and three sessions planned for 2016.

ECWO has partnered with the SmartUp Network as we believe in the importance of reaching future leaders, ambitious women aged 17 - 35 at an early stage. SmartUp creates awareness among its target audience to carefully think about the next steps in their career.
