Mentor Women Empowerment, MentorWE,  is a networking and mentoring initiative for female MBA students and alumni at the Rotterdam School of Management. Our goal is to create a strong women's network, where women are empowered and inspired by each other to help women advance in their professional and private lives. In addition to women mentoring each other in pairs, networking events are organised with inspirational speakers. To learn more about MentorWe please contact

Diversity is crucial to ING’s ability to innovate and adapt in an ever-changing environment.  We also aim for the diversity of our workforce to reflect the diversity of our clients. This allows us to better anticipate and serve our client's needs. By embracing diversity through the Women in Business programme, we improve our economic and social sustainability and demonstrate our commitment to employee development and engagement.

The Women in Business programme was a resounding success with three sessions held in 2015 and three sessions planned for 2016.
