It all depends. For us age is just number. Our question in return would be, why now a full-time MBA programme and not a part-time Executive MBA instead? But rest assured that a considerable percentage of our FTMBA is over 30 years of age. Please contact us directly so that we may discuss your situation personally.

We work with admissions rounds, which means that we have certain deadline dates throughout the year for applications and we hold interviews after each round has closed. This year, our admissions rounds will be in the months of February, April, June, August, October and November. When you apply by the closing date of a particular round, your application will be evaluated and if you are invited for an interview, it will happen within two weeks of the round closing date.

In principle you should apply for the intake for which you intend to enrol. In exceptional circumstances, the Admissions Committee may grant a deferral. All requests should be made in writing and are reviewed on a case by case basis. If the Committee grant the deferral, you will be required to pay your €5,000 admissions fee and complete the deferral form. Deferral can only be granted one time. If you are a scholarship recipient, this will not transfer to the next year and you will not be eligible for future RSM scholarships.

It all depends to which extent your previous university was accredited by the same organisations as RSM. This would be EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB. Should the other institute be accredited by at least one of these, then most likely it is not possible. Please ask us directly to make sure.

We will consider your highest score during the evaluation process. Please keep in mind we will accept a GMAT score within 5 years of taking the exam but it must be a valid score when you start the MBA course, not only valid at the time of applying.

Normally the admissions process can take 4 – 6 weeks but if needed it can be done quicker. It all depends on your schedule and that of your interviewer.

You can apply without having the GMAT or GRE score for a first evaluation. In order to move forward with the next steps of your application process, online KIRA Talent Assessment and potentially an admissions interview, you will need to submit your valid score report. You will also be required to submit an official score report using one of the following school codes:

GMAT code: QK8-CX-30

GRE code: 0798

In principle not, it is an optional requirement. You are of course welcome to include it with your application in order to strengthen it. Chinese nationals are required to take this test if they will be applying for a student visa (this is a requirement of the Dutch government). We do reserve the right to ask for proof of English proficiency at any point throughout the application process in case we require further proof of your capabilities.

Yes, definitely. We at RSM strive for total diversity in our class rooms. Not having a business background does not mean you have nothing to contribute, most likely it is even the opposite. We would be happy to speak with you personally about your individual situation so just contact us!

You will find in the list of minimum requirements that we require our applicants to have at least 3 years of experience by the start of the programme. If you will be very close to meeting that requirement but don't meet it exactly, please contact us so that we may review your situation individually.

In some exceptional cases the RSM MBA admissions committee could take this into consideration. It heavily depends on the level of the internship performed by you. The best course of action here would be to contact an RSM MBA admission manager directly.

We do not have a minimum requirement. The average of our current class is 640 points and we give that number to candidates as a benchmark. Please keep in mind that is only an average and if you have any question about your score, we would be happy to discuss it with you individually.
