 invited to join the Human Skills Intensive\, a highly practical 3-day
 workshop at RSM focused on building the human foundations that make team
 performance sustainable. Rooted in psychology and designed for the
 realities of the workplace\, this immersive programme explores how
 leaders can foster trust\, psychological safety\, honest communication\,
 and meaningful collaboration — especially under pressure.\nThrough
 hands-on practice and guided reflection\, participants will learn
 practical communication principles that help teams speak up\, challenge
 ideas constructively\, give effective feedback\, and create stronger
 engagement and ownership. The workshop is designed for leaders who want
 to move beyond “nice values” and develop a more human-centric
 leadership style that still delivers results.\nThe programme is fully
 interactive and requires full attendance across all three days to ensure
