Class sizes are usually between 12 to 24 people, but it does depend on the programme. We aim for a balance between allowing capacity to guarantee individual attention, and achieving a good group dynamic and networking opportunities.

If you come by car, we advise you to park in the Erasmus Plaza parking on the campus (C5 on campus map). In the parking garage, please park near Exit 2 as this exit is closest to the Bayle building. Exit parking cards will be provided at the end of each day so you have no parking costs.

Programme fees include tuition, programme materials, plus lunch and refreshments throughout the programme. Hotel accommodation is not included, unless mentioned otherwise in the programme information.

If you require hotel accommodation during your stay in Rotterdam, we recommend the Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark which is a five-minute walk from our campus.

As a participant of an RSM executive programme, you will receive a discount of 12 per cent on the best available flexible rate with free cancellation possible until 14:00 on the day of arrival. The room rate includes Wi-Fi internet and free fitness but is excluding parking costs and 6.5% city tax.

Above mentioned rate agreement excludes breakfast. There are two types of breakfast available at the Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark: a ‘city breakfast’ for €11.50 per person and a breakfast buffet for €21 per person. You can inform the hotel about your breakfast choice when you book your room.

Once registered you will receive an invoice which we ask you to pay within 30 days. If registration takes place 30 days or fewer before the start of the programme, your fee must be paid before the programme’s start date. If you do  not receive an invoice, contact the manager of your programme.

Most programmes start at 09:00. Finishing time depends on the particular programme. In our Online Learning System we mention the time you are expected. On the first day of the programme the programme manager will hand out a detailed programme.

You must send your notice of cancellation by email to the programme manager or to openprogrammes@rsm.nl. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 25% of the Registration Fee is due, if the cancellation notice is received twenty-eight (28) calendar days or less before the start date.

  • 100% of the Registration Fee is due, if the cancellation notice is received five (5) calendar days or less before the start date.

Yes. Alumni from RSM and Erasmus University Rotterdam receive a 25% discount. RSM alumni are students who have completed either a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, PhD or one executive education programme of more than 40 hours. Participants of open programmes of less than 40 hours do not receive a discount. Companies sponsoring several participants may also be offered a special price.

All buildings are easily accessible. Participants with disabilities may park their cars in the designated parking bays. Wheelchairs and extra assistance can be made available for you if required. Toilets with access for people with disabilities can be found in all university buildings.
