Attracting top talent: getting A-players on board

Attracting top talent: getting A-players on board

For recruitment managers, one of the biggest drivers behind managerial success is the ability to hire great people. But recognising talented candidates only gets you halfway there; how can you improve the way you bring them on board? This four-hour workshop uses the latest management research and more than 20 years of headhunting experience.

Techniques and tools for recruiting top talent

You have successfully head-hunted a candidate and you interview them. What can you do to make sure you successfully recruit and retain them? This four-hour workshop from RSM Executive Education fills the gap between recognising and interviewing top talent, and engaging and keeping the best people to drive your business forward.

Presenting a set of core principles that will help you to understand the psychology of top talent, our HR management academic and expert HR practitioner will give you the right mindset as a hiring manager.
