Day 1

On day 1 you will get an introduction to crisis communication; the changing environment for businesses, general communication strategy, crisis definition, crisis anticipation and crisis preparation will be discussed.

Day 2

The second day centers around effective communication during a crisis including communicating with the media, and communicating when the crisis appears to be over.

Day 3

On the last day you will learn more about communicating responsibly in a crisis; how issues of corporate responsibility can both lead to and prevent crises, and about using a reputation risk analysis framework.
