Our virtual classroom
In the online version of Digital Innovation you will join our virtual classroom, where you will learn how to respond strategically to digitalization and disruption. In the virtual classroom, you can ask the facilitator(s) questions, and interact with your fellow participants via group assignments in virtual breakout rooms. For an optimal learning experience, the programme is split into six modules over two weeks. Each module lasts 3.5 hours (including a 30-minute break). The programme is delivered by RSM’s expert faculty who will show you the best way to adopt existing innovations and foster the necessary change of mindset that will let your organisation identify and implement its own competitive differentiators. In order for faculty to tailor the topics to the needs of the class, you will be asked to complete some pre-work related to digital innovation.
The programme Digital Innovation is also a component of RSM's Diploma Programme in Digital Transformation.
Digital Innovation is a module of RSM’s Diploma Programme in Digital Transformation (DPDT), but can also be followed separately. The programme will support you in creating winning business performance through digital transformation initiatives.
Managers and professionals who want to lead innovation to cultivate value and a competitive advantage, and those who want to develop or implement a digital transformation.
