EUR Employee Survey

On Monday 21 November, RSM employees received an e-mail invitation from Effectory to take part in the EUR Employee Survey. This is so that we can find out what you think of Erasmus University Rotterdam as an employer, what is good about working here, and what could be better.
Dean Steef van de Velde said in the memo to all RSM employees, “I feel it's important for you to give your opinion, so I want to encourage you to fill out the survey. Your anonymity is guaranteed; you can give your answers freely and unrestrictedly.”
The survey asks about employee experience of the working environment, your work, co-operation with colleagues, communications, and the organisation in general.
The results will be available in mid-January and you will be informed of the outcome. The most important part then follows; together, we will investigate how we can retain our strong points and how we can bring about improvements in other areas.
The more people participate, the more reliable and valuable the results will be. Your contribution will help us to enhance the performance of Erasmus University Rotterdam.
If you haven’t already done so, please do complete the survey to help us plan the best possible future for the university and for RSM. As indicated in the initial email (which contains a unique link to the survey), the deadline is Friday 9 December. In case you did not receive the email, please inform email@example.com.
