We recently hosted a two hour webinar on “Maximising Online Impact” with Faculty Dorothy Grandia and Natalie Cleton and a cohort of wonderful participants who will be joining our first Women in Leadership Open Programme of 2021.

The webinar is part of our evolving approach to our signature Open Programmes in uncertain times. In fact, we offered this morning’s ‘teaser’ because the cohort had kindly agreed to delay the programme scheduled for today and tomorrow so they can meet in-person in March.

Alongside plenty of immediately implementable tips and tricks for the new online way of working, the webinar provided a space for women from a diversity of industries to share their experiences of working online and from home. Visibility and getting a “seat” at the right table were among the issues aired during the engaging session.

While we greatly look forward to gathering in person, we are continuing to empower women in their careers, build a sisterhood between ECWO programme participants and help women expand their networks in the virtual space.

We are happy to report that the success of this morning’s webinar led us to the idea of offering more online teasers in the coming months. Watch this space for details, as well as information about a virtual Open Evening that we are planning!
