Dr Stefano Tasselli from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) is among 30 up-and-coming thinkers in the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2023. The 30 people in this ranking are ‘new and exciting voices in management’, and are expected to make an impact in management through diversity, inclusivity and equity.
Each year, the Thinkers50 community identifies, ranks and shares leading management talent and ideas as an early alert system for managers, publishers, speaker bureaus, and others in the thought leadership industry.
RSM’s Dr Stefano Tasselli was selected for the ‘Radar Class of 2023’ because his rigorous research and teaching with a focus on the organisational functioning in all sectors in life: public, business and personal. His particular interest is the healthcare industry, sectors of public interest, and the incubators and accelerators for new entrepreneurial opportunities. In the Thinkers50 ranking, Prof. Tasselli is among a selection of innovative thinkers from top universities, including Cornell University, INSEAD, University of California, IMD, and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Stefano Tasselli is an associate professor in RSM’s Department of Technology and Operations Management. His research and teaching focus is on the interplay between psychological and relational antecedents of organisational functioning. He has won several awards and was officially named a Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy for his scientific and professional successes that have brought prestige to the Italian scientific community in the Netherlands.
