With hindsight I think a master in BA offers its participants a tool kit which helps to get hold of many professional situations. RSM’s master programmes have a strong theoretical foundation, but include practical application. Our courses included lectures from professors and guest speakers as well as working on lots of “real life” cases.
It definitely helped me achieve my career objectives. The international atmosphere, the international network of other top universities and the possibilities to develop yourself via internships and activities in student bodies are just a few examples of ways that studying at RSM shapes you as a person and thus your career.
The best memory of my time at RSM was the opportunity of meeting so many interesting people; from top professors and inspirational business leaders to other ambitious students and world leaders.
The most challenging part was choosing to combine my master studies with not one, but two internships, at Unilever and Heineken. Combining these with other extracurricular activities as well as a social life tested my abilities to prioritise and was an experience in itself – but has since proved very rewarding.
