The workshop starts with a short presentation on the company, what we stand for and our projects.

After a small warm up game, we will focus on a case study which is based on one of our recent projects. It focusses on the integration of business activities to protect a company from hostile takeovers. The company is looking for a consulting firm that will help design and implement a global centralization solution. In teams, you will represent your own consulting firm and prepare and present a business case for this project. Of course, the best team will go home with an award!
