Business seminar: keeping up in the digital workplace

How can business managers – and their employees – stay relevant in the digital workplace? Professionals can learn how to deal with technological changes in organisations during the afternoon seminar ‘Who can beat the bots?’ at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) on Wednesday 31 May. Speakers will include academics and corporate experts who will share cases about how their companies handle challenges posed by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The rapid pace of technological change means there’s no ‘business as usual’ anymore. This changes what is demanded from managers and specialists. Companies and professionals must be curious life-long learners, when applying new technologies and when managing opportunities for the workplace.

Staying competitive with technological changes

This afternoon seminar will bring professionals to the forefront of business and management knowledge; learning from experts, engaging in debate, and networking with RSM’s business community. World-class academics and top business speakers will share their most recent insights and present case studies on how they handle the challenges posed by the digital workplace.

Professionals will investigate if they have enough professional experience to stay competitive on the labour market. They will also explore what their organisation can do to keep the skills and attitude among its workforce up-to-date.
