Enrolment & Studielink

What is Studielink and how does it work? (only applicable for MSc applicants)

Studielink is a national web-based system in the Netherlands used for the enrolment of students. Studielink is used for student registration, payment of tuition fees and changing your correspondence address. You can officially register as a student once you have applied to the programme of your choice via the Online Application Form (OLAF) and received an offer of admission by e-mail. The registration must be complete by the 31st of August.

What does a CROHO code mean?

The acronym CROHO stands for Centraal Register Opleiding Hoger Onderwijs, which means Central Register of Higher Education Programmes. All Dutch accredited programmes have a CROHO code and will be listed in this central register. Responsibility for accreditation has been allocated to the Netherlands-Flemish Accreditation Organisation (NVAO). Students will be awarded recognised degrees only after completing an accredited degree programme. Only degree programmes can be accredited by the NVAO.

What is the deadline for the studielink enrolment?

After you have been admitted to one of our Master programmes, you will be asked to register in the national student registration database studielink. Registration in studielink must be completed by the 31st of August. Please note that admission to one of the premaster or master programmes at RSM begins with the online application form and not studielink. If you are currently following a bachelor programme at RSM, please follow the master enrolment instructions for internal students.

What should I do when my Studielink-account is blocked?

You can contact the Erasmus Student Service Centre and request that they unblock your Studielink-account. Always include your name and student number.

Is it possible to switch Master programmes after accepting an offer of admission?

It is possible to request admission to another MSc programme at RSM until 15 August. You can submit a request per e-mail: msc.info@rsm.nl It is not possible to change programmes after this date.

When do I receive my ERNA-account?

The ERNA-account gives you access to the university systems and are provided by the Erasmus University. You will receive your ERNA-login details (username and password) by email as of July. As the login details are sent in batches some students may receive their ERNA-account earlier than others. If you have not yet received your ERNA-login details, please contact the IT-Service Desk.
