Samsung: Michiel Dijkman, Head of Corporate Affairs
Michiel Dijkman is Head of Corporate Affairs at Samsung Electronics Benelux and reports directly to the Board of Directors. He is responsible for Samsung’s strategic stakeholder management, government relations, CSR, issue management, related corporate communications on subjects such as digital economic affairs, privacy and security, consumer a business electronics, e-education, e-health and innovative start-ups. Formerly he worked for Rabobank, Fortis Group, at the CEO office of pensions administrator APG, and as a senior consultant at international consultancy firm Burson-Marsteller in Brussels and The Hague. He graduated with an MSc in International Business from Maastricht University, and completed an international exchange at the University of Calgary in Canada.

Prasanna works as a Business Developer at Enviu, which launches start-ups that address the social and environmental issues affecting large groups of marginalized people. Prasanna is an innovation and venture development professional with 7 years of international experience spanning the Fashion & Lifestyle (retail, start-up) and Energy industries. She is passionate about exploring ideas that can affect long-term change, and create large scale positive impact. Prasanna has an MBA (major in Corporate Strategy), from Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and a Bachelors degree in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi.
Except: Chantal Klaver, New Learning & Leisure Expert Consultant
Chantal Klaver is New Learning & Leisure Expert Consultant at Except. During her career in healthcare as a HR Manager she was offered the opportunity to develop the HR department. Due to the changing healthcare legislation in the Netherlands in 2006, the company she worked for asked her to facilitate the integration of this legislation into the organisations of current and prospective clients. As a result, she decided to become an independent business administration consultant, and subsequently noticed a rise in the number of free agents as well as in the demand for new business models. This led to questions about how to integrate social entrepreneurship, community building and sustainability. She now works on large sustainability projects with her colleagues from Except Integrated Sustainability, connecting free agents with corporates, and aims to change the educational system.

Guido Moret, EY (Ernst & Young)
Guido Moret works as a Senior Advisor in EY's cleantech and sustainability unit. Here he assists clients in overcoming reporting-related challenges by improving internal control of non-financial information, among other methods. He graduated with an MSc Accounting and Control and an MSc in Global Business & Stakeholder from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2012.
Hanna Wintzen-Kernkamp, Delta Lloyd
Hanna Wintzen-Kernkamp works as a Senior Program Manager at Delta Lloyd in Amsterdam, specialising in sustainable impact. She graduated from Erasmus University, Rotterdam with a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility in 2015. She also holds a diploma in Change Management from the Institute of Directors (IOD) International Organizational Management from 2014, and graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a master degree in Law in 1996.
Masja Zandbergen-Albers, Robeco
Majsa Zandbergen-Albers is Head Analyst in the Robeco Global Equity team in Rotterdam, specialising in equity and responsible investment. She formerly worked for asset management firm Syntrus Achmea, and Robeco where she was the CSR co-ordinator. She is an alumna of Erasmus University, where she graduated with a master degree in Econometrics in 1997.
ABN AMRO: Sylvia Nieuwenburg, Regional Co-ordinator
Sylvia Nieuwenburg is a Regional Co-ordinator at ABN AMRO. Her responsibilities include liaising with civil society organisations, staff and the brand. Sylvia has a background in facility management. Former positions include manager of the project office for ABN AMRO Foundation, facility manager at the headquarters of Fortis in Amsterdam, facility manager of bank branches for Fortis, and a trouble shooter for Ahold.
Ahold: Laura Jungmann and Harm Jan Pietersen
Laura Jungmann, Specialist Product Sustainability and Product Integrity
Laura Jungmann is a specialist in Product Sustainability and Product Integrity for Ahold. She joined the firm in 2015, and now works on product sustainability, particularly working with business units to identify and implement solutions for its biggest challenges in supply chain sustainability. Laura's main focus lies in terrestrial commodity production systems such as palm oil, soy and cocoa. Laura has worked on sustainable supply chains since 2010, when she started working in WWF's global Market Transformation programme. She has master degrees in Environment and Resource Management from the VU Amsterdam (2011), and International Relations, Immigration from the Universiteit van Amsterdam (2008).
Harm Jan Pietersen, Project Manager Responsible Retailing
Harm Jan Pietersen is Project Manager Responsible Retailing for Ahold, working on Ahold's annual Responsible Retailing report as well as managing Ahold’s position in external benchmarks such as the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and the annual Dutch Transparency report. He studied agricultural economics at Wageningen University before he started as a food safety co-ordinator at a Dutch food and non-food wholesaler. After a short period at a small audit company, Harm-Jan joined Ahold as an internal auditor focusing on Product Integrity and Responsible Retailing topics, particularly for Ahold's European businesses.
