RSM Sustainabilty Forum 2017 Programme & Communication Teams

The 5th edition of the RSM Sustainability Forum on 31 March was a great success! The memorable and highly educational event pushed sustainability to the top of the agenda of students, academics and practitioners.

Socially and environmentally sustainable business models require novel business processes, frameworks, and design for products. The 5th edition of the RSM Sustainability Forum featured change makers and leaders from business, academia and society, who demonstrated how co-created business models with attention to the circular economy can pave the way for a sustainable future. Our break-out session speakers explored the interface between sustainability and business by showcasing best practices – and as always at RSM, engaging in lively discussions to inspire and be inspired!

The Sustainability Forum 2017 planning team has been responsible for the design and organization of the 5th annual RSM Sustainability Forum, since October 2016; putting together an agenda befitting of a celebration of our 5 years being a student-generated and student-implemented event. The team invited keynote speakers, business partners and change leaders, who presented stimulating information and engaged the audience in lively debates. These debates were picked up in the break-out session, where students put their heads together to come up with potential solutions to challenging business cases. The team has been committed to the administrative and organizational work needed to bring this event alive and is built on the success of the event over the last five years.
