Schedule
The Summit will start with an opening session at 5 pm followed by dinner on 30 June 2019 evening in the city of Rotterdam.
The full day of the Summit on 1 July 2019 will begin at 8:30 and end at 20:00 after a closing dinner. It will be a working day with introductory talks to set the stage for group discussions that will focus on developing actionable ideas or solutions.

Overview structure of the day
- The day has four building blocks (sessions) with structured roundtable discussions.
- Each session starts with a brief introductory talk on the topic to set the tone for the roundtable discussion.
- The roundtable discussions will be in pre-arranged group either mixed (sessions 1 and 2) or by stakeholder – deans, editors, association leaders, senior scholars (sessions 3 and 4).
- Report back on the major ideas from the roundtable discussions.
