I WILL is RSM's community of individuals making a commitment – saying I WILL – to the future we want to create. I WILL is visible and interactive everywhere; on Facebook, on LinkedIn, and also throughout the RSM campus with stylish I WILL photographic portraits and statements from RSM’s students, faculty and staff on proud display. The characteristic I WILL photos are made by Chris Gorzeman from Capital Images since the early start.
I WILL is also part of students’ studies; it is integrated into the goal-setting segment of the curriculum. Since its beginning, the I WILL movement has developed and grown.

I WILL portrays the ambitions and intrinsic motivations of the people of RSM: international students, faculty, alumni, business leaders and staff, each identifying what they want to create now - and in the future.

Does your I WILL statement still portray your ambitions for the future? That's great! If not, then you can make a new one. Email iwill@rsm.nl with your new I WILL statement of no more than 70 characters plus spaces and we’ll attach it to your photo. We’ll email you the PDF, and will publish it on this website. If you need help, use the create your I WILL tool that can help you write your I WILL statement.
If you don’t have an I WILL photo yet, then join one of our I WILL photo shoots in Rotterdam! Like our I WILL Facebook page and enable notifications to find out when you can make your I WILL statement and have your photo taken. New statements will be published on this I WILL webpage and on Facebook within three weeks after the photo shoot.
