The event brings together several researchers working on business and management-related questions in the creative industry. The purpose is to exchange experiences, ideas, and (preliminary) results.

Scheduled presenters include Paul Rutten (from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences), David Nieborg (from University of Amsterdam), Arjen van Witteloostuijn (from Tilburg University), Ivo Esseveld (from Erasmus University)

Our first seminar took place on 19 November 2015 at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Speakers included Giulia Calabretta, Marina Bos-De Vos (both from TU Delft), Hans Berends, Floor van den Born (both from VU University Amsterdam), Ieva Rozentale (from University of Amsterdam), Erik Hitters, and Dirk Deichmann (both from Erasmus University).

The speakers presented research projects which they conducted in the creative industry. The projects investigated new business models in the creative industry, decision-making in innovation projects, and how collaboration and network structures affect different kinds of firm performance.
