In 2017 PEP collaborated with Lucas Meijs of RSM to conduct research into innovative management. Governing is a profession in its own right, and society benefits when management is done in such a way that it is pleasant for everyone. Their outcome of their research makes some proposals that should make the management of civil society organisations more flexible and manageable.
