No previous professional experience is necessary, but candidates should be academically talented, equipped with outstanding social skills and real team players.

The CEMS programme was acknowledge by the Financial Times’ 2011 Masters in Management list to be the second best programme on offer worldwide and participating in RSM's International Management/CEMS programme offers an excellent start to an international management career. In the Financial Times' 2009 CEMS was even the number one programme. You will have developed yourself through experiential and skills-centred learning. You will become part of a global network of alumni and corporate partners, and will further develop your language skills. At the end of the programme you will receive RSM's MSc in International Management degree as well as the CEMS-Master in Management qualification awarded by CEMS, The Global Alliance in Management Education.
