Redesigning Work to Thrive

Work is being redefined - but are we designing it to truly support people?

As organisations broaden their focus on sustainability, attention is shifting beyond environmental impact to how we work, lead, and live. This event explores how to create workplaces where people can thrive, both professionally and personally.

Taking place over Mother’s Day weekend, it invites reflection on care, balance, and the structures that enable individuals to contribute fully.

Hosted by Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), the event brings together leaders from business, policy, and civil society to examine how work can be redesigned to be more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable - from flexible models and inclusive leadership to fair rewards and long-term wellbeing.
