Eugene Rhuggenaath

Eugene Rhuggenaath is an experienced executive and leader, building on a rich career history covering both the private and public sectors. Following successful roles in international financial services, he decided to put his acquired skills to use in public service, ultimately serving as the Prime Minister of the island country of Curaçao (Dutch Caribbean).
Eugene joined the RSM Advisory Board in May 2022 and looks forward to contribute to RSM’s mission to educate and form future-proof, impactful leaders that are force of positive change. More importantly, Eugene is honored to serve as an ambassador for RSM for life.
Eugene graduated the full time RSM MBA/MBI program in 1998 and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami.
