Jurgen van Breukelen
Chairman, Altice Europe N.V.
Jurgen van Breukelen became Chairman of the Altice Group in 2015; the Group is a global leader in telecom, content, media, entertainment and advertising, servicing 50 million customers in 10 countries.
He spent 21 years at KPMG, first as a partner then as head of Transactions & Restructuring, head of Advisory, Clients & Markets, and CEO of KPMG in the Netherlands. He joined KPMG’s Global Executive Team and Global Board, and chaired its Global Quality & Risk Committee.
He has several advisory roles and serves on boards and committees for companies and organisations in the finance, food, marine, and construction industries.
He has a master’s degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a retired Lieutenant in the Dutch Army (Royal Engineers).
