Do you struggle to create a steady flow of strong, original ideas – or to convince colleagues of their value? Do your concepts often feel vague, or difficult to put into action? If you’re interested in working with generative AI, but don’t know where to start or feel frustrated by the generic, superficial ideas it produces then this programme from RSM Executive Education will help you to develop richer and more creative ideas, gain buy-in, turn concepts into concrete outcomes, and use generative AI as a powerful, practical tool rather than a source of noise. This programme gives you a methodology and tools to develop and visualize creative ideas using generative AI.
In five live sessions, and with self-study, you will learn how you can use it to facilitate innovation in your organisation. Prof. Dirk Deichmann, who specialises in creative thinking, and Dr Dimitrios Tsekouras, an expert in generative AI, will guide you through the ins and outs of generative AI and how you can best use it to unlock new opportunities for creativity and innovation.
You will learn how you can leverage the potential of generative AI to frame your creative problem from a range of standpoints that represent every stakeholder and generate a range of ideas. Discover the best way to prototype and visualise your ideas in an engaging way, and present them so you get rich feedback and ultimately, buy-in. Dirk Deichmann and Dimitrios Tsekouras combine their academic and practical expertise to show you how to boost your creative thinking.
To follow this course, you will need to be a mid-career professional with at least 3-10 year of experience.
