Programme fees include tuition, programme materials, plus lunch and refreshments throughout the programme. Hotel accommodation is not included, unless mentioned otherwise in the programme information.

Once registered you will receive an invoice which we ask you to pay within 30 days. If registration takes place 30 days or fewer before the start of the programme, your fee must be paid before the programme’s start date. If you do  not receive an invoice, contact the manager of your programme.

In exceptional cases it is possible to pay your tuition fee in instalments. If you wish to do so, please contact your designated programme manager. The first instalment of the tuition fee is due before the start of the programme.

Our executive education programmes are, in principle, all subject to 21% VAT* but exemption from VAT is possible in some cases.

You are eligible for VAT-free invoicing if you:

• Follow the programme as a private person
• Work at an organisation that does not pay VAT (e.g. a government agency, bank, insurer, cultural, health or non-profit organisation)

In these instances, it is not possible to reclaim VAT, so we recommend to use a VAT-free option. To cover our administrative and purchasing costs (which are not VAT-exempted), a non-refundable surcharge of 10% is added to the VAT-free price.

No. We do not offer scholarships for our executive programmes.

Yes. Alumni from RSM and Erasmus University Rotterdam receive a 25% discount. RSM alumni are students who have completed either a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, PhD or one executive education programme of more than 40 hours. Participants of open programmes of less than 40 hours do not receive a discount. Companies sponsoring several participants may also be offered a special price.
