You will receive a certificate of completion when you attended the whole programme and have handed in all of the required assignments (if applicable). If you miss part of a one-day programme you will not receive a certificate of completion. If you miss part of a longer programme( two days or more), depending on the programme and the amount of time you have missed, your situation and your eligibility for a certificate will be reviewed by the programme manager, and the learning and development manager.
In general we use the following rules:
- If a participant misses less than half a day with a valid reason, the programme manager, learning and development manager and the teacher will discuss issuing a certificate of completion.
- If a participant misses more than half a day, they could compensate by completing a special assignment, after which the certificate of completion can be issued.
If a participant misses an entire day or more, no certificate of completion will be issued.
