Application process deadlines

You can start your application on 1 October at the earliest. Before you apply, prepare the IBA Diploma Statement.

The application has 2 steps:

1: Register in Studielink (by 15 January)

2: Submit the Online Application Form (OLAF) (by 31 January)

The first step in the application process is to register in the Dutch national student registration system Studielink

Studielink opens on the 1 October, 2025 and closes on 15 January, 2026 at 23:59 CET (Central European Time).

This is not the actual application! After registering in Studielink, you will fill in the RSM Online Application Form (OLAF).

For detailed instructions, visit our FAQ: What is Studielink and how does it work?

Within 24 hours of a successful registration via Studielink you will receive your log in details (also known as ERNA credentials) and a link to the RSM Online Application Form (OLAF).

Fill in and submit the Online Application Form (OLAF) by the 31 of January 2026, 23:59 CET (Central European Time).

  • If you did not receive your ERNA login details, contact the Erasmus University IT Servicedesk: servicedesk@eur.nl.
  • If you did not receive a link to OLAF within two days after registering in Studielink, contact the RSM Admissions Office. Also check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you receive a warning in OLAF that your current registration in Studielink does not match the programme in OLAF, check if you have selected the correct programme (Bachelor International Business Administration (English) (numerus fixus)) in Studielink.

You will receive updates about your application in the OLAF message center. Log in to check it regularly.

Applying to a programme with a maximum capacity

For master's programmes with a maximum capacity and rolling admission, you can submit your application from 1 October until the maximum number of applications has been reached or until the 15 May application deadline, whichever comes first. Once the maximum number of applications has been reached, the programme will close and no further applications will be accepted.

To be considered for admission, make sure to submit your application before the programme closes. Applicants who meet the admission requirements will receive admission offers on an ongoing basis.

If a programme reaches its maximum capacity and closes before 31 January, applicants who submitted their application before the programme closed have until 31 January to submit any outstanding required standardised test results, such as the GMAT or proof of English. If the programme remains open after 31 January, these results can be submitted until the programme reaches its maximum capacity or until 15 May, whichever comes first. After 15 May, no new applications or outstanding test results will be accepted.

Different application and admission procedures apply to MSc Finance & Investments and MSc International Management/CEMS. These are selective programmes with fixed application deadlines. Admission is based on a selection and ranking procedure and is not offered on an ongoing basis. Please check the programme-specific admissions page for the applicable application deadline, selection procedure and deadlines for submitting required documents and test results.
