Translating insights to your own case

Participants bring their own case into the program from the very beginning. This can be a specific assignment (e.g., developing a strategy for AI usage, creating a digital transformation approach, or leading a specific data- or AI-related program). Throughout the program, participants work on their own case and essentially apply everything they learn directly to it. In the meantime, there will be peer-review sessions with other participants and experts involved in the program. Participants conclude the program with a final pitch — preferably including storytelling elements. In this pitch, they demonstrate that they have understood the fundamentals of the program and have applied them within their own context. Where possible, we also offer participants access to our partner network to create a small proof-of-concept (POC) as part of the final pitch.

Approximately 20% of the program is dedicated to relating the acquired knowledge and frameworks to the participants’ own case and discussing it with experts and fellow participants.
