Get to know the book that inspired our No No NO workshops

This September, our bookclub, On The Same Page, is co-hosting an online book event with PWN Netherlands that will delve into The No Club: Putting a Stop to Women's Dead-End Work by Linda Babcock, Brenda Peyser, Lise Vesterlund, and Laurie Weingart. 

Those of you who have attended No No No! What would happen if you were your frist friority? workshops given by Prof. Hanneke Takkenberg and Prof. Nicola Kleyn at our November conference and earlier this year will know the book, which looks at how to unburden women's careers from work that goes unrewarded.

Taking place on September 20th at 19h00, the online bookclub event will take a deeper look into the role of a general culture of overwork that hurts both sexes and locks gender inequality in place and how it contributes to women's stalled advancement in organisations.
